01.WING CHUN
Our Adelaide Wing Chun is a highly effective martial art, built around efficiency, speed and directness. Rather relying on brute strength, it focuses on precise strikes, strong positioning and controlling an opponent at close range, making it a "real world" practical self defence for both beginners or the more experienced martial artists.
02.MUAY THAI KICK BOXING
Grandmaster Leong has trained under Grandmaster Yuttanna Wongbandue, who is the head instructor of the World Muay Thai association in Bangkok Thailand. Grandmaster Leong has attained a 9th Khan (Gold Mongkol) in Muay Thai. Our Muay Thai Kick Boxing lessons will deliver powerful, practical striking skills while building real confidence and discipline through structured, high-energy training.
03.WU SHU
"Wu Shu" is the Chinese term for all Martial Arts, however it is more applied to those forms that are commonly known in the West as Shaolin forms. Learning Wu Shu forms offer a unique blend of dynamic, flowing movement and disciplined techniques that build strength, flexibility, balance and arm you with practical and effective self-defence skills.
04.TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese Martial Art that can instil a sense of inner peace and calm, clear and focus the mind. It is however a very effective Martial Art when correctly applied and sculpts our students into very skilled martial artists when combined with their Kick Boxing, Wing Chun and Wu Shu skills.
